A southern belle; is born and bred a lady;
countenance sweet; with wit never shady.
Always cordial; a true blue lady of grace;
No anger shown or disdain on her face.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A southern woman is gentle; kind and demure;
she is loyal and friendly; that’s a fact to be sure.
No tolerance for brutes that curse and partake;
of spirits to degree; disgusting fools they make.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Refined and elegant; they're eager to please;
In social settings they mingle with such ease.
Though temper will flare; when treated badly;
She will tear you to sheds and do it gladly!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Once she is finished; she’ll smile very sweetly;
Cover your wounds with best shawl discretely.
That is her way; this lady with so much class;
makes you feel grateful; though she kicked your ass!
