Elegy for Anne Frank

You have inspired many people

You loved,

You didn't have the chance to grow up

But you grew

Your diary read by many

You had a dream to study art in Paris

That you never got to live

You loved the outside

Never got to see it as much

You wanted a life

Wished you had the chance to grow up like adults

Wanted to be something

Then does Nazis took you

And your family

You were scared, frightened

They took you to a filthy concentration camp

Didn't know what would happen

No food

Had to work for nothing

Not even a criminal

Later in 1945 you died

Died like your sister, Margot, of Typhus

Your life ended short

You have always inspired million of people

And one of those people was me
