This is a poem i wrote on the spur of the moment. I dedicate it to my most dedicated critic and fan "Classy Peach"lol. I hope you like this one peachy. My poems are reflections of my soul, they are a part of me,

each is a teardrop immortalized for everyone to see,

They are salvation, they are my bane, they are my curse to bear,

each is constructed by my pen with tender love and care.

For in this world where i reside my omnipotence is supreme,

each word i write just represents a thought, a hope, a dream,

my gnawing doubts and endless fears have been encased in ink,

they have been noted down by me afore oblivion makes them sink.

In their embrace i will remain, in my poems will i reside,

forevermore i will survive in them my soul will hide,

for me they hold such bitter joy a state akin to pain,

they have been rendered by my heart and colored with disdain.

And now it is time for me to read yours..... i liked this. I get what you mean with using simple terms that your readers can relate too. This poem is how i feel about my poems. You took the words ( only better ) right out of my mouth....

Great... Will read and learn more from you...

Thankyou for ur encouragement and i am so happy u could relate to this poem. One way or another every writer feels the same about his or her poetry. i would be honored to help you any way i can, although i am not good enough to be of much help but i'll try.

You are so skilled at expressing yourself on paper. Immortalized indeed. I hope you have them in a book where others can partake of the treasures there.

Actually i do have my own book of poetry, i keep it close by at all times. My poems are completely instinctive and if i dont write a verse down when it hits me i often forget it. I can only thank you once again Susan for taking the time out to read my poems.

You know Azmat, I actually couldn't think straight after I read your introduction. I printed these off early this morning without reading (i have limited net access during the day) and around mid-day I read this and I must say, grinned like a silly fool. Azmat, you left me grinning all day. I think I even experienced a bit of emotion and so I coughed to cover it. heehee. I am truly grateful to you. So, thank you. So, you'll excuse me if my following comment is a bit messed, as I'm still sorta blushing.

Yes, your poetry comes from deep and readers are offered a beautiful privilege in viewing. I love that you share a passion, as I read here, that if you don't write, it actually physically hurts. But when you read what you've written, only then do you realize it maybe stings abit on paper too. It's all good. Thoughts to hopes, and hopes to dreams and then lingering on your pen until encrypted poetry graces us. You share your inner sanctuary.

Thank you so much.
