That was very sweet. You said you were bad at poetry, i think im bad at poetry. But recently a fellow writer opened my eyes, she said to me that it was not about the structure used, but the bearing of ones soul through your words :)
I hope that makes you see your work differently, it helped me. I liked this because it is true. They only become a memory when you decide to give up on them. But as long as they are in your memory they are not forgotten..... you explained it all, and it was a very sweet poem, be thankful, for you age you could become a great writer one day ;)
