For the king who lived to salvage the night!

The fields are waiting for the first rays of the sun
The poppies in mustard hue await the brave hero's return
On his foot or on his shield
Not to the tyrant enemies he would yield
Not on horses, not on mares
On foot, marching ahead and no one dares
Off the cliff, his desires flare
With resolve he looked into every nightmare
So honour him!
The nights have kept the knight in good company
But now the sun betrays a fatal floor
And his bloodied body lies still
So honour him!
