3 years ago i met this woman (she was a subsitute teacher at my school at that moment) She never pushed me into anything but she stood her ground, always beside me. She is the one person i can tell everything to. She acts like my mom

"My eyes are closed,
My mouth is glued shut; so afraid of talking
Im on my knees, blood pouring from my heart
tears falling from my eyes.
There is nothing here for me anymore.
A hand touched mine,
you stood in front of me
When you saw my tears, you wiped them away.
You smiled and in that moment i was okay.
You held you hand out, and when i took it
i never knew it meant forever.
At first I held back, so afraid to lose something as great as you
The moment you promised you'd always be around
I poured my heart out to you,
you didnt judge or try to get me help
instead you took me by the hand,
Guiding me to safety and away from suffering.
The moment i opened the bottle,
the moment the alcohol touched my lips i knew
you'd be disaapointed, I knew i'd hate myself in the morning.
I drank and drank,
Came to school so fucked upp, you saw right through me
but instead you hugged me, making me forget about the rest
Promsing to help me.
At one point I even began pushing you away
It was worse the second time around
When I was sent to detox you were the first person I called
when you found out who it was your voice changed into
the most happiest voice i ever heard.
Before saying goodbye you'd say I miss and love you.
When i got back i realized something, I asked you
to stay outta my life but yuu didnt.
You held me upp the day we met
To this day i know i can always lean on you
but what i never knew before was you need me as much as I need you
You are my rock
Andd i am yours.
<3Love you forever<3
