Most days
I don't mind
Being a girl
But sometimes
I just want
To scream
Feel great
On top of it all
For one hour
Feel down,
Knocked to the ground
For a day
Emotions, emotions
They run me dry
Till I'm parched
A deep breath
Will last me
A second
But it doesn't stop
The cycle
The roller coaster
Of emotions.

Being a regular tomboy, I can still get quite emotional. "But sometimes, I want to scream"...
You should just scream, then. It's very therapeutic. Go outside and let out a big howl. Or, take a drive and scream in your car. It works for me.
