A Risk To Take

You see her walking by each day.

Her hair always hiding her face.

You know what it's like to be in her shoes.

Your just to scared to reach out and help now.

You've gotten so far already.

You don't want to risk being pushed back down.

But sometimes, you have to listen to your gut.

Or you may just end up where you started.

In your heart you want to help her.

But what if you start getting bullied again?

Well, it's a risk to take.

You know what's right and wrong.

And your debating with yourself.

On whether or not to help her.

You know she's not like you.

And you respect that she's different and show's it.

But others of course don't.

Others want to get rid of her.

Along with all the others.

Just because they are all different.

Maybe it's time for you to stand up.

And show who's doing right.

Maybe others will follow your lead.

Well, it's a risk to take.

Let's see who will take that risk.

And who will sit back and watch.

Then we'll know who's doing the right thing.

And who's doing the wrong one.

It's a risk to take.

Stand up against bullying.

You'll make a difference.

Many will see that.

And many will approve.

Don't listen to the people who are cruel.

They are just jealous.

They're trying to ruin other's life's.

Just to make theirs better.
