Crying at night always works for me--
No one to listen and no one to see.
Crying alone could be the key--
When you're alone you can kick and scream.
Crying to sleep is a common form--
It's a soothing method to keep you warm.
But if you want your problem solved,
You cannot cry or even sob.
You can tell someone close why you cry
And they can help you try to get by.
If that's too hard, then cry tonight;
You're not alone, you're in His sight.
Ask Him to help you through the tears;
He'll help you conquer all your fears.
If it makes you feel better, write them down,
Then cry with God and read them out loud.
He'll help you sleep in a peaceful state
And when you wake up, you'll feel great.
