Walking down the road of life.
Going though life just as it is.
Feeling like something missing
My hand so cold from someone missing
My life empty with out him
Everyones life empty with out you
The autumn leaves fall all around me with out you
Life goes on with out you
but memorys of you never fade
And now I have to say good bye and walk though my rain
By my sweet memorys of you will ever fade and no one will ever forget you.
Evan rest in peace I won't ever forget you

I have always believed that the best poetry is written when a terrible event inspires us to communicate it through words and stanzas. I really felt how sad you are/were about this situation. You described it very well. I am sorry for your loss, and I hope you keep writing. Lovely poem.

A very sad and touching write, I think alot of people can relate to this, we all lose friends and loved ones at one time or another and I think we can all agree the memory of them is not easily faded, I really enjoyed this. Well done :)

Like any other Monody poems, this piece expresses sadness and loss. It also has a touch of hope. Thus, this is so moving. ^^

Bless ya. I know exactly how you felt the moment you found out. And Sorrow continues for a time. I realized after a very close friend of mine died it was forever. Nothing you did could bring them back. Reading this poem of yours completely made me zone out onto the past. Thank you Dawn.

i'm really sorry for your loss it is never easy, but this peom is great. this has really made me look at my aunts death in a different way thanks, carry on with the good work!

This is a very beautiful poem. It shows vulnerability and tenderness. There are grammatical errors, but for the most part the rhythm is there and you do get across your feelings of both love and sorrow. Thank you for sharing it.
