Two strangers meet in a restaurant.
The man wants to tell the women how much he likes her, but he doesn't get a chance...

When we met during the spring,

We were getting the same drink.

We were sitting in different tables,

Looking at each others candles.

You were wearing red,

You were the one who led.

I was wearing blue,

I was only new.

When we looked at each other,

I saw you with your father.

I was very shy,

But I had to try.

I walked up to you,

Not know how to start.

I wanted to play through,

I tried to get your heart.

Wanted to ask "how are you?

What is your name?"

All you gave me was a clue,

And I gave you all the fame.

You denied me,

You made me sad.

I couldn't be free,

You were in my head.

As you were leaving,

I had a feeling.

A feeling I couldn't explain,

I didn't even got your name.

I thought we will never meet again,

I knew it wasn't a game.

I knew it was my last chance,

I had to jump over my "fence".

As I was running,

I felt as I was flying.

You were my dream,

Didn't want you to be with him.

You were walking out the door,

Walking to your car.

It was about four,

I wasn't really far.

As I was running,

I saw you drive in a haste.

I still was trying,

Tears began running down my face.

I felt as a miserable crow,

I never got to know you.

All I wanted you to know

Is how much I love you.
