The Invisible

Poetry By: beingyash

A portrayal of a character, one who is shy, one who fears being in public, one who wants to exist invisibly, alone with his own-self as what the world gave him, was too harsh for him to bear, so he chose this path and expresses himself, the way he is, the way he has become.

The Invisible

I walk alone in the shades

and hide myself from being seen,

with time my identity fades

and i begin to exist unseen

i share thoughts with the silence

prevailing ion the deep darks of night,

i live my life in past's remembrance

the time when life was quiet right

i wander in the lonely bouleverads

reflecting on what i left behind,

collecting the pieces of shattered shards

of my broken soul and the essence of my mind

i encounter fear and feel the threats

of the unknown and shallow emptiness,

sinking in the sea of guilt and regrets

like living a life, a life so lifeless
