The Farmers of America

They're the lifeblood of this nation.

They work to keep our pantries filled.

It's a thankless occupation.

From sun up to sun down

They work the fertile soil.

The live and die by Mother Nature

By the sweat of their brow, they toil.

Were it not for their pioneering spirit

America would die.

For scare little compensation

They feed you and I.

Beneath the Stars n Stripes

From sea to shining sea.

The Farmers of America

In our prayers, may they always be.
