I cannot quite remember when
I fell in love with you,
I only know you're gone again
and I just can't get through.
I know I need to let you go,
it's never been more clear.
We can't hold another year
when storms begin to blow.
I'll stop loving you tomorrow.
-----
It's so much easier to say
than it could be to do.
Even when you're far away
I can't stop needing you.
Your memory is always there,
I can't forget your name.
All warnings start to sound the same
when love is hard to bear.
I'll stop loving you tomorrow.
-----
Some memories, they never fade,
they only start to win.
Your life becomes a masquarade
to which you must give in.
The smartest thing that I can do
is turn my heart to stone.
I must continue on alone
with memories of you.
-
I'll stop loving you tomorrow...

Thanks!

Good poem. The lines;

All warnings start to sound the same
when love is hard to bear.
I'll stop loving you tomorrow

are very good.

Thanks for the feedback!

Bitter Irony:

Most well written and expressed. Mournfully sorrowful.

Entertaining though! Liked it. Terrific! As always.

Happy trails,

Ed Bradley.

Thanks as alwasy! :-)

Don't say you keep your love in check,
Stop lying to your soul
Your love is finally in bag?
It wasn't love at all.
