The world can be cold and dark
With nothing left behind
The world can be soft and warm
Like lighting a flame of a single spark
I look through the world with dog coloured eyes
Black and white wherever I go
I can’t see the true colours that shine
I can’t see the good show
You were always there
I could see you’re black and white face
Even thinking about it makes me weep
But you are part of a cold hearted race
Now maybe you’re gone
Maybe the colour will shine through
Maybe my single spark will be lit
The one that you blew
I stay awake at night
Still trying to light my spark
So I can see the colour
Shining through the world
