A race against the daemons that populate my soul and my body.
Also a song with a off tempo beat something along the lines of a Tom Waits song.
A race I know I can win even though it is going to be a marathon as opposed to a 100 yard dash.

"Morphine is all I am, Pain is all I’ll be" - It might seem true at times, but it's not so. You're amazing and talented and sweet. Emphasis on talented - Another great piece!

Very amazing! this is a great poem, you are very talented. It's a sad piece, but your insight on pain is what makes it so phenomenal.
Hold on to what you got, because sometimes you will feel like it's all you have.

This is an excellent expressive piece, almost Dylan like (can you sing?) Outrunning it could be good enough Bomeman, just don't let it catch you and bury you or the world will lose your special talent and from my observation a kind and generous and special person.
