Words mean a lot; they can build a person up or crush a person down.
Chose them careful, because when you speak people listen.
They can hurt, they can heal.
They can save, or they can kill.
I would tell you that it’s not your fault.
But seeing as these are my last words I don’t want them to be lies.
I would tell you that I couldn’t be saved.
That it didn’t hurt when you spoke words so cruel.
Spread rumors so vile.
These words needed to be said for a while now.
Maybe it’s not too late.
Maybe with this letter I can change another’s fate.
Words are powerful.
More powerful than you think.
They can build a person up or crush a person down.
Chose them careful, because everyone can hear.
