Bright Wings

I'm sorry!

Please,

I didn't mean to!

I forgot

just this once.

I promise I won't

do it again.

Just please don't

hurt me again.

I'm still weak

from last night.

Mommy please!

I'll do whatever

you want

just as long as

you don't lite the cigarette!

No!

Please!

Mommy please!

It hurts mommy!

Why does it have to

hurt so much mommy?

Why do you have to

burn me

with the cigarettes?

Wait...

NO!

~~~~~~~~~~
The little boy
said I would feel
better if I went with him.
He said I would
feel a whole lot better.
I get to meet
Jesus mommy.
Oh,
and the best
part of it all is...
I have these
bright,
white,
wings.
