A small judgment

I told her this could not work

This alphabet soup of mud and bricks

Each letter lost in turn

"But what if we mixed it

Each day

At two in the afternoon?

Couldn't it work?

Oh say it could!"

With Jacqueline the next morning

"I suppose you could not tell her no"

Sister sitting on my hands

"No, I suppose I couldn't"
