Woman of mythology

She held grace like no other
A statuette
Hair, draped down, touched the surface of my waters
Long robe, soaked at the hems
She shined without the gems of night
Eyes, staring to a far off place where I wished to follow
Conceivably where she belonged
Her, essence of everything that should be
Like the women from the ancients of Mythology, the readings of my youth
Til' this day, even in my sightless weltered age, I still see her
