the cliffs of doom (old notebooks)

Poetry By: brucek

it seems to have a kind of jungle theme, but other than that i have no idea what's going on here. i found it interesting though.

With any luck

I'll drive a truck

Into the cliffs of doom,

And break my toe

Where bannanas grow

Beneath the jungle gloom.

Now I say

That gorillas may

Like beating on the drums,

But when this day is done

I'll be strong and young

And I'll sink the setting sun.
