Hold your breath,
For as long as you possibly can,
Because it may be your last,
And the last time you'll ever swim.
Falling into the ice-cold water,
Limbs freezing to stiff sticks,
Mind and eyes falling into the black,
Heart beat and pulse slowing to a halt.
See hands reach for you,
Only missing you be the hair,
As you slowly sink to the bottom,
God have mercy on your soul...
