Are we nearly there mummy?"

The car speeds along the empty road

In the middle of no where

The wind sweeping into the open window

Her face plain

No emotion showing

He sits next to her

Wanting to sleep in his warm bed

They left about an hour ago

The car zoomed past a small village

Onto a road in a forest

The boy wanted his daddy

The mum wanted him to shut up

His thoughs entering her mind

Causing her to go insane

The poor wee boy had no idea

He though his thoughs where his own

That's what she though too

She parked by the road and opened the boys door

She undid his seat belt

She pushed him out the car

And zoomed away down the road

Leaving the boy crying In his pyjama's

In the middle of Winter
