Time for Me

Poetry By: celeron2

Having time to myself, being so relaxed that my mind wanders away from my body.

The summer sun,

As it falls on me,

Relieves me of my tensions,

And sets me free.

It releases the worries,

Of every-day life,

It cuts through stress,

Like the edge of a knife.

Then the sun sets to fall,

And release it's scorching heat,

Myself, I'm unaware,

As the sun and my body meet.
