Across the room, your intensions splayed
Concerned calls and truthful tongues bounce from wall to wall
You're deaf to all but what you crave, so ruffle away their thoughts
Oh peacock if you only knew, whats real;
But tonight it's in the stars
The one will prove us wrong.
Peacock, how I pitty you, look bright but fading fast
The confidence you reek is false and resembles ignorance.
As for this mate, your pruning for;
It's no more one, but many
Soon you'll find out, fickle fowl
Despirate poachers will take any.
Proud and pretensious, vulger and vain
Peacock, you'll never change.
