Death is a Dirty Secret.

Death away,

death so far.

Death my secret sin.

They lied,

they bled,

they died that night,

because I had to win.

I didn't help and I didn't cry,

I wasn't at all fair.

I watched,

I stared,

I saw them die,

but I didn't care.

But now I sit here,

now in pain,

in horror,

grief,

despair.

Life moves on,

but I stay still.

I don't dare try to stand.

Death away,

death so far,

death my secret sin.

On a train,

far away,

to another land.

Another world,

another place,

another life free of sin.

My heart cries with pain and lust,

and I know my dark soul is black as night.

I know what trouble I'm in.

They squirmed,

they fought,

then at last they finally begged.

But I took their lives,

I freed their souls,

from their own skin cage.

I took my time and watched them scream,

something I hadn't intended to do.

I took the lives of evil people,

ones I never knew.

Death away,

death so far,

death my secret sin.

My life is stained,

my life is gone,

away with all my friends.

Death away,

death so far,

death is no longer secret.
