A man who does stuff

I knew a man

Who had rubbed away

The beard on his chin,

Staring through windows.

He wandered the white line,

Hypnotised,

Then stopped,

Frozen upon the road,

Head down,

Deep in thought,

Then veered off,

Drawn to the glass,

And there, upon frost or summer burn,

Laid his chin and stared

At what went on

Beyond.
