Right back where we started,
Torn apart at the seams by you're hands,
Trying to change me,
Into a monster of your dreams,
Thinking it'll make a dream
Into a reality,
You're not the same girl I met,
Where did she go?
Have you forgetten the times of happiness,
Imperfections were always a turn on for you,
Let me give reason,
At your faults,
What I am,
Is what I am,
So take what you see,
Don't worry if I'm not perfect,
Perfection's only a myth,
Past experiences,
Only make us stronger,
Makes us who we are,
Indiviudals of today,
Not of yesterdays,
Wish you let me be,
And embrace the individual I am,
Don't let go to what,
Made us who we are,
What poisons robbed your mind?
To where you've changed,
From someone I knew,
Into a stranger in my eyes,
Loved you for who you are,
What you are,
Why can't you come back,
To love me the same?
Doesn't being myself,
Count for something?
If not enough for you,
Will you walk away?
To the adyss of monsters
And where nothings unique?
Just remember as you walk away,
What I am is who I am.
