Was it something I did or something I said?

Was it the gift I gave or the poetry I read?

It's been two weeks and I haven't heard from you.

My heart is ripping and tearing almost in two.

The tears won't stop and my mind won't rest.

I don't have a pulse for my heart is in your chest.

Tell me it isn't real and that it's just a bad dream.

Tell me I've been crazy and things aren't as they seam.

Unlove me if you think you can!

Come on, do it! Be a man!

You are my sweetest sorrow

you always were, two weeks ago, today and even tomorrow.
