Cuffed and shackled, made idle by anothers dreams we are forced to pursue. We are not oblivious to the world around us, yet we do not bite the hand that feeds for it's palm shows many years to our few.Though there is a thin line between wisdom and age, it is drawn so opaque we dare not take the first step to cross over into the unknown. We crave yet fear independence so we are happy to delay, and only when the well runs dry will we no longer put our ambitions aside. It is then their grip on us will weaken and they will let go. That is when we may step into the light, and hold out a hand of our own ready to snap shut on the next unaware generation of fools.
