Life extinguished
Inside, Inside.
With insidious poison of unkempt mind,
And the swirling tides of gravity’s kind
Embrace.
Toiling forever,
For them, for them,
As I forget my own deep light,
To give to others the budding fight
For truth.
Needing solace,
Inside, Inside,
I capture the glow of irrational love,
And twist it and turn in to kill the kind dove,
Of peace,
Of inner peace.
There can be no tranquility
For those enticed by captured wrath,
And in their hands the twisting path,
To an inner Hell,
With no parole…
