Life is too short to play by the rules 2013

my feeling towards people who live out their lives in a boring modern society and how it robs us of our time in this life

Is there anything worse than routine?

To keep things in order?

To keep things pristine?

From the early riser who has a shave,

cleans his teeth,

and digs his grave.

From the office workers droning in their caves,

to the repetetive programmes on the box that we gaze.

Change it a little,

learn to love life,

do not be fooled by society's strife!

The day will come when you are old and grey and ,

you will look at your reflection and solemnly say,

I wished i had done all those things that i wanted,

but my time is long gone

my soul lives no longer.
