Life is hard most of time.
A punch thrown here and a kick there,
but that is what life is not,
A bit of respect goes a long way.
A smile to help gleam like alight.
You make me do things that I not want
but don’t make me degrade myself
That I will not.
I'm not here to be used and abused.
Nor will I be a play toy to you.
All I ask is to be respected,
Loved and cherished while we live forever..
This is life, a human being,
We are here to all live together.
Hugs, handshakes and a listening ear
this is all it takes to show you care.
