Peace
Where art thou, oh sweet sweet serenity?
Here are we frozen in a fray,
Nowhere to move but back,
Back to what we came,
Only I wish to take a step
This step rather I take a leap,
May this leap have I a surge into the abyss,
For only when we are lost are we innocent,
Thus be us humble in heavenly eyes,
Depleted yet full
Others hence have seen this shift,
From raising fire to settling it,
Have we been blessed in our hope,
Only for a simple step,
The single step of yield.
