Hollow Reflection

Poetry By: Corinne Smith

Another mysterious poem, cold and dark but very short. I don't even know why I wrote it-suddenly the words just popped into my head.

Stifled screams

Broken dreams

Shattered hopes

Twisted ropes

Nowhere to hide

No place to confide

No protection

Just a hollow reflection
