How can she go back
To this man that treats her so wrong
A man that just yells and yells
That makes her cry and cry
One that isn’t happy when he puts one tear in her heart
Isn’t happy when there are three or five tears
But has to make it that her heart is in pieces
Not scars
Broken
She doesn’t know what he has done to her mind
She doesn’t realize that he is still abusing her
She still answers his calls
Not able to resist
That sweet voice
That changes to yelling
Did you leave me for another guy
No she yells
He keeps bringing up the subject
As if she is lieing
When I know he knows
Deep in his heart
That she is truthful
That she still loves him
He wants to push his chances
But stopping just far enough
Before she finally breaks
And never goes back to him
Never lets him play that game
That controls her mind
Breaks her heart
And pieces his heart back together
He has to hurt others
To make himself feel better
But has he pushed her too far
Now she says I’m done
I’m not going back
I want to die
What do you say to that friend of yours
Besides that you don’t want to die
And hug her till she stops crying
But you know
That the tears are still falling inside her
Falling from that heart
Cause her heart is hurting
Her heart is bleeding
Her heart is throbbing for real love
She thinks she’s found it
But she starts to realize that this isn’t love
She starts to be smarter
And realize that this is his game
His game of hurt
Changed into love for her mind.
