Cancer victims
Come on over
To this home away from home
A perfect camp
For you
To be a kid again
To maybe even forgot
That cancer is among your body
And of course
Bring a sibling too
To this place
That you can have fun
And be free
Make new friends
A miracle they say
That these kids can come and play
A miracle
That this camp has been going on so long
A miracle
That these kids can have
A home away from home.
Outside of the hospital it is
Out in the open too
With trees and tree houses
With fishing and swimming
With arts and crafts
And of course cooking too
Everyone is volunteers
Just to make these kids week
Just to make these kids smile
And be free
Like they should be
They should be
In that home away from home.
