I find a place disconnected from the world around me
This place is wonderful and peaceful
I would love to stay here forever
I sit down on its cold floor that sends shivers up and down my spine
But I ignore it; I just want to enjoy the quiet of this room
But to my disbelief, the room starts to move
Regrets from the past come knocking
Worries from the future come screaming
Obligations of the present start dancing in front of me arrogantly
This room isn’t what it once was.
This room is now a constant pain that I can’t ignore.
I’d think its best I leave now, because
In this quiet room, I hear everything.
