I stare out of my hair at the reflection in the mirror.
Who is this person I am staring at?
The long blond hair, the freckles and hazel eyes.
I desperately search the reflection for some meaning of the person I am looking at.
Is this person beautiful on the inside and outside? Or a horrible person that no one likes?
I rember things that people say.
About the great person I am looking at.
I try to see the person that their talking about. Reflected in the mirror.
Can I be that person? Am I that person?
Or am I the person that hurts people?
Makes them feel bad about themselves because I feel bad about myself?
I stare out of my hair at the reflection in the mirror as I ponder these questions.
Can you care about someone else if you can't care about yourself?
Can people care about someone who can't care about themselves?
I look at the reflection in the mirror and push my hair back.
I look at the features and try to see them as beautiful not as imperfect.
Can anybody be perfect or are the beautiful perfect people just an illusion?
And if they aren't an illusion can I be one of them?
If I keep trying can people see me as perfect and really like me?
I look at the reflection in the mirror and watch the tears fall as I ponder these questions.
What is true happiness?
How can it be found?
I try to accept what I see in the reflection.
I want to be the wonderful person that people like but I can't find it in what I see in the reflection in the mirror.
Acceptance is the first step to happiness.
Acceptance of who you are and how you look.
Acceptance of what you want and courage to go for it. For happiness
I stare at the reflection in the mirror and take the first step to acceptance.
I look at the reflection in the mirror and make a mental note to only see what's good.
To only concentrate on happiness not on woe.
I look at the reflection in the mirror and start to see what other people see.
Not just a reflection in a mirror but a person.
A good person that cares about her friends and family.
A person that likes to have fun and laugh a lot.
The long blond hair, the freckles and hazel eyes.
I stare at the person in the mirror and see me.
