I thought to myself.
If my skin was paper...
What does it feel like to "cut the paper"?
What is sharp enough to do so.
A blade, the scissors.
Snip snip.
I have cut you twice.
Two straight, parallel lines.
I wonder if I hurt the paper. I'm sorry.
The pain will subside.
I promise I won't do it again.
Now that the pain is gone,
I want to cut you again.
Didn't it feel nice?
You want to remember what it felt like.
I'll take the paper and go get the scissors.
Shall we try again?
