Man In The Window
A lonely man
with a tie dye curtain
leans on the windowsill
looking out upon traffic.
Shirtless and tired,
he shudders as the
cold air from outside
hits against his bare skin.
He resorts to the
position when he’s
feeling down, although it
doesn’t help he’s on his knees.
You call him a freak
I call him a seeker.
Either way, he’s
the man in the window.
