Dampened by the summer rain
With my heart in deep pain
Knocking on the window pane
So that we fix this and be together again.
I dream of the evenings in the parking lot
And how we always thought
About life in a few years,about happiness and cars
As we gazed amazed by the stars.
But one event changed it all
When our love suffered a fall
To a million pieces that were swept away in winds of fall,
Shortening what was once tall.
I am on my knees
Asking for you back
Because you are the one i need
And the one i don't want to lack.
