snow

In one swift fall it engulfs our land

Enclosing all of life in one brutal hand

Covering existence with a blanket of anew

A new dawn for a promise

Land of white so true

Untouched by man's destruction

Nature's sheet lies on the ground

A silent force of nature

The wave that has no sound

Yet the fear it brings excitement

Scenery so new

A new unchartered journey

That we all plough through

Wintery change upon us

We smile so merrily

The silent force of nature

We are in the depth of thee
