To write is a symphony of words...
They're beautiful as they string along,
But ifyou hit the wrong chord it all comes tumbling down
Intothe lost rhythm of a song.
So why does the person take such a risk
To put pencil to paper and write?
It's like standing on the edge of a mountain jumping in desperation
Praying for a guiding light.
People bare their souls into one single composition;
Others, well, others don't even care.
And as the consequences of emotions take over the fortunate
The rest just lay back with the fear.
The human structure is so restricted from what it's told is acceptable.
If something stands out from society, then it's automatically a sin.
A sin for the freedom of speech and expression;
Our one right that's beenwearing out thin.
So why do I write, on such a short notice like this?
I write because life isn't always acceptable,&neither should our thoughts be.
Individuality thrives in the very handsof writers,
& One day those writers are going to finish that symphony.
& Our symphonies may not be flawless,
But I guarantee you that they will do just as well out there;
A better sound, a better experience, a better meaning.
& If you dislike what I'm saying, you haven't had a breath of fresh air.
