When you open your door
To the knocks of no one
To the knocks of a fading echo
What will you see in your mind's eye
Who is the mystery guest
Will anxiety tighten your spine
Will you laugh your cascading laugh
Eyes sparkling like fireworks
Well, who did you expect
Merely the merrily-mad face of yourself
Shining that grin again
So let me back in
