how are you? i hope this letter reaches you in best of spirits
why are you so cruel, why you don't care
why you kill a thousand, and leave their family bare
why you kill those innocent faces and laugh at their pain
why do you torcher them and leave on mankind a stain
don't you leave their family, their friends in vain?
this is a letter from an innocent boy to you
please stop all this, i know there is a human inside you too.
there is no need to be a monster, to be a cruel beast
you leave the families of the victim hungry
but you have a nice peacful feast
don't you remember your childhood
when you played in the lap of your mom
when you sat on the shoulders of your dad
when you played with those toys and laughed
were those days bad
so why are you snatching away the childhood of others
they too want a peacful childhood but no, you are not bothered
do you think your mother, your sister wanted this
wanted you to be a devil, to be a demon worse than hell
do you think they have wanted this.... please tell
do any of your friends wanted to part from you
do you want your friend to give you a fright
then how can you have that right
why don't you drop all your weaons and pickup the flowers
why don't you smile and break the hatered bars
why don't you spend a day in peace
in the lap of nature between the humming bees
why don't you hug your dad and your brother
why don't you tease your sister and kiss your mother
why don't you give this war an end
why can't you be everyone's friend
yours loving
an innocent boy
