I Remember

-

You can't be my flopping jelly fish

I won't let you be

You'll just be slipped away from me

And I will laugh at my own kind of

__way out of the dark side of light

Or the brighter side of night

Will take me by the hand

And I will walk on solid gold

With nobody but you

Just a sand in the milestone

A fever for your beaver

It's never gonna be great

Missing somebody

I have yet to know

For the rest of my days

Just missing out

Because she can't be called into existence

Like we're just not meant to be

If I stand on a wet marsh

Will anything come back to me?

All will be lost

When I shut down

And be yelled at by the clowns

That stagger in thee isle

When brain sandwiches

Taste anything like a bruised knowledge

But everything like a memory

Of drip dropping sounds

Heaven is all around

If only it can stay

And play with the paces tooken

Further and further

Away into an astonishment

You're only a dream

We can never be

You're only never going

To ever be with me
