She wandered down the halls
In the end she knew they'd call
All there words
They seemed to rend
And the hurt
It would not end
Every step they took was watched
Every word she knew was caught
Hear their laughter
Like the braying
Of a demon
Left to praying
In the halls they walked
Owned them, all but naught
And with their words
They lashed
While the world
Just seemed to clash
Could noone see?
Could no one stand?
Could noone bring their reign
To end?
She wandered down the halls
In the end she knew they'd call
All their words
They seemed to rend
And the hurt
It would not end
