I poured my anger on you

yet you came closer to me

i thought dreams never came true

yet you touched my heart to make me see

not all glitters is gold

not all sadness shall show

you asked me a simple question

would you trade in your love for the wealth of a king?

i answered with a hint of hesitation

you felt it, and it hurt you like a bee sting

i held you

i said to you

baby i love you

i can't choose money over you

but i lied to you once again

i was in love with both money and you

can a real man love a woman more than money?

that was really silly and funny

but after getting all these gold

it feels really cold

to not have you by my side

what is success without love

with all this money what cant i have?

i can't have you

i miss you my love, but it's too late and all i can do is hope and have faith.
