walking as the sunsets
underneath a blood red sky
the neon lights of the distant city
attract all those who would pass by .
the golden leaves of autumn
we hear rustle as we walk
finally we are together
a chance for us to talk.
all of our recent conversation
held on internet and phone
now we reveal our feelings
as we stroll the park alone .
holding hands together
no place to hide or run
my romantic heart has spoken
and told me you're the one .
from behind steamy windows
a cars radio play's a tune of romance
i pull you gently to me
and we begin to dance .
you wear the white vest of a virgin
yet kiss with true desire
and as i caress your body
you set my heart on fire .
we know this is our moment
the dice has now been thrown
and we sate the fires of passion
with everything we own .
will we build a life together
or will fate drive us apart
i can only promise forever
to love you with all of my heart .
